How to stop a vehicle with spike strips and other devices

spike strip

Simple nails won’t do the trick to stop a regime vehicle in its tracks. Hollow spikes will help slow a vehicle down, but they can still run on flat tires. Even so, try making a spike strip (also known as a spike trap) to defend innocent people against abuse of power.

To disable an oncoming vehicle completely, try some of these other ways – many of which are commercially available or used from ordinary objects. (Note: Jamming a wooden stick or metal rod between the spokes of a motorcycle is dangerous for the jammer. A wooden stick can break without disabling the motorcycle. A metal rod will stop the motorcycle, but will not cause it to flip like it does in the movies. Mythbusters debunked this one.)
